O'Donnell II, a graduate of Capella University, an accredited online university* that has built its reputation by providing high quality online degree programs for working adults, has been named president and CEO of the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center, Inc., in York, Pa. O'Donnell earned an online PhD in organization and management from Capella (http://www.capella.edu). Nearly 34,000 students are pursuing an online degree at Capella University, with 33 percent enrolled in Capella's doctoral degree programs, and 48 percent enrolled in Capella's master's degree programs. In his new position, O'Donnell is leading the regional, national and international expansion of the Byrnes Health Education Center.
